      Nice attempt. Your understanding is good, you’ve covered many points.
      Introduction is fine.
      In implications, points are good. You can mention about migration from rural and semi rural areas to IT hubs, increasing remittance in those areas too; importance in times of pandemic can also be mentioned as this industry found a way to survive in work from home conditions.
      You can mention a separate sub-section on negative impacts too ( divorce rates, absorption of skilled workforce from other sectors etc).
      Conclusion is fine.

      Introduction is fine, however you can draw a rough map of the country and locate major IT hubs.
      Implications part is good. You can improve the presentation a bit. You are using too much shorthand. Try to explain some points also.
      Points related to urbanization, rising middle class, knowledge economy etc are good. You can incorporate more points related to promoting gender equity, role of the industry in pandemic( WFH ensured survival etc), etc
      In next part give a subheading. Points are decent- unequal development, absorption of skilled workforce from other sectors etc can be mentioned.
      Give a proper conclusion, need to make the industry more inclusive and decentralized can be written.
