You have got the core concept right, but the answer is very generic.
At some points, it gets repetitive about ‘hiring’.
In introduction, simply define attitude and aptitude both.
In next part, you can make a table differentiating both (what are the factors shaping each of these, some examples etc).
Then mention some ways in which aptitude can be developed easily like training programmes, preparation for tests etc.
Finally conclude in a balanced way, no need to mention one is more important than other, mention that both are required for success, last line is fine.
Work upon the presentation and try to include more dimensions in the answers.
