      The content and structure of your answer is good.
      In introduction you can mention the reactionary policies gave rise to discontent and nationalistic political sentiment and Ripon’s liberal policies fed into the discontent.
      Next part is good, you can mention about Lytton using funds for colonial interests for example Delhi Durbar, 2nd Afghan war.
      Also try to mention the years of the developments, atleast in 1-2 places so as to give a brief idea about the timeline of the events.
      Ilbert Bil controversy can be expanded a bit.
      Other points are good.
      Conclusion is also nice.
