Include financial frauds and some of the recent examples to link it with current affairs.
Also write a small subsection on how it impacts different actors for e.g.. State machinery, administration, citizens, private corporations etc
Measures taken by govt are fine, again measures to prevent financial cyber crimes can be included, measures by banks etc can also find a mention.
Use flowcharts to tackle some subsections in case of more content.
Way forward and conclusion are fine.

In next part, different types of cybercrimes are also we’ll written. However try to use more key terms such as malware(different types),phising, line wolf attacks etc
