Good use of anecdotes and examples.
After mentioning acts of corruption, also mention different qualities required for ethical behavior. You can mention Nolan committee principles.
In the end, also mention why laws are necessary too in a civilised society.
A brief way forward can also be mentioned emphasizing the need for both code of ethics as well as a code of conduct.
