  • In the body, mention the objective of curbing electoral frauds and making it easy for migrants to exercise the right to vote.       Introduction is good. Objectives mentioned are also fine.
      In concerns, you have mentioned some good points. Some points can be added such as Aadhar is not a proof of address, different process for enrolment in both Aadhar and voter ID, risk of exclusion, doubts related to Aadhar database etc
      In solutions, you can mention some innovative ways such as use of cryptography. Other points mentioned are also okay.
      Mentioning political statements can be avoided. Issue can be mentioned directly.

      Other provisions can be written in a more concise manner, concerns should be elaborated, mention about Aadhar being neither a proof of citizenship nor address, different process for enrolment in both Aadhar and voter ID, risk of exclusion, doubts related to Aadhar database etc
      Other points are good.
      Way forward is good, technological innovations such as cryptography can also be mentioned.
      Conclusion is fine.
      Keep writing, address what is asked more comprehensively. 🙂
