      Decent attempt, but you have focused entirely on objectivity.
      Examples are good, explanation is also good..mention some points on why objectivity is needed(efficient service, effective service etc)
      However, try to take a more balanced approach..you can mention few positives about subjectivity too..for example if a poor person comes to a civil servant who is hungry and needs ration but doesn’t have documents..he shouldn’t be shooed away. Values of compassion, humanism etc can be mentioned.
      In the end, mention need to follow both code of conduct and ethics etc.
      Conclusion is fine.

      Decent attempt. Especially the first part is nice. You have explained objectivity well and its need too. Try to mention some examples to enrich your answer.
      You have also mentioned need for both, that is fine..again example can be mentioned.
      In measures you can mention about need to follow code of conduct and code of ethics.
      Other points are fine.
