      In intro, mention about the SBI report which pointed out that India’s informal sector that accounted for approximately 52 per cent of its GDP in 2017-2018 now accounts for only 20%. Mention data, facts etc in introduction to make it more impressive.
      After that, you need to stick to what are the reasons for reducing informalisation and then what are the challenges in formalisation. Your subheading is good, but after that again you have shifted to generic points common to both formal and informal sector..for example labour laws,taxation etc apply mainly to formal sector. Last point about lack of policy support to informal sector is good, elaborate it. Further you can mention about low productivity in informal sector, low remuneration etc
      In the first point, you have mention some data..it will be better if you can mention the source.
      Mention a brief way forward..you can suggest increasing their productivity to enable an organic path to formality; crucial to recognise that firms exist in the informal sector for various reasons and not simply to evade regulations and taxation etc
      Conclusion is fine, overall structure of the answer is okay but need to work upon the content and address the specific thing asked in the question.
