Intro is fine but I guess there are some factual mistakes..I think it will be 11th FC and FTCs were established in India in 2000.
Points mentioned under significance are good..you can also talk about reducing overcrowding in jails..justice accessible to all.. and give some examples like 26/11 case, Jessica Lal case etc
Issues written are also fine, again you can add things like financial bottlenecks, increased workload effecting quality of judgement etc
Use flowchart diagrams if points are more especially in 10 mark questions.
Way forward and conclusion is fine.
