Introduction is fine, you can also mention India’s net zero target by 2070. Need for decarbonising power sector is well-written- some factual mistakes- in 1st point, India is the 3rd largest emitter should be there. Other points are good- fourth point not related to power sector- can be avoided.
Instead you can mention about the failure of PAT (perform, achieve, trade) scheme.
Suggestions are fine, some points from the article can also be used- like setting up a climate council to set ambitious but achievable targets for GoI and also monitor the implementation part; also there are multiple targets are present which are confusing- can be integrated.
Conclusion is fine, overall decent answer, some more points can be incorporated.
      Keep writing. 🙂

      Hello

      Please mention reference ID.

In intro, first mention about decarbonising Indian economy- mention net zero target by 2070 and then link it to power sector. Overall concern is to decarbonise the whole economy.
Before coming to approaches, you can mention why power sector is important for decarbonisation plans- biggest emitter, failure of PAT scheme etc
Suggestions mentioned are fine but uni-dimensional that is just replacing fossil fuel with other sources- also mention other points like setting up a climate council to set ambitious but achievable targets for GoI and also monitor the implementation part; also there are multiple targets are present which are confusing- can be integrated.
      Conclusion is good.
Decent attempt but need to work a bit on the content to put multiple viewpoints.
      Keep writing. 🙂
