      Answer is good, you have written well..mention distinction based on intention also..in ethics even intention of committing wrongdoing is morally wrong. You can mention examples like a casteist person who might not be legally punishable but ethically wrong or objectifying women is ethically wrong even if no action is done.
      Other points are good, examples are fine too.
      Before concluding, briefly you can mention some similarities too.

      Nice attempt. Differences and similarities between ethics and law are well written..however you should mention difference based on the intention too..In law, a person is held guilty not for the intention of committing a wrongdoing, but only if he commits an act that goes against the law. Mere intention of committing something illegal in itself doesn’t constitute a crime.
      On the other hand, in ethics, the mere intention of committing wrongdoing is enough to constitute a moral wrong. For instance, someone cannot be held guilty in a court of law, for objectifying women. However, the same person although absolved by law is liable to be thought of as an immoral being.Similarly, you can give example of a casteist person who might not be legally punishable but ethically wrong. Similarities are fine but can be kept concise because this statement is mainly concerned with the distinction between the two.
