Nice answer, intro is good. Effect of Covid 19 is also fine, you can include women and child dimension by mentioning domestic violence, increased burden of work, closed schools etc. Other points are good.
Importance of EI part is also fine..you can also mention its use in tackling misinformation, fake news etc
Also important from the angle of civil servants, can use EI to be better prepared to make informed policies and strategies to tackle the pandemic.

Very good attempt. You have mentioned the effects of pandemic. Then points regarding EI are also good. Use of diagram is nice. Keep the general part about EI smaller, rather mention more about how EI can help in dealing with the pandemic.
Also, you can mention importantce from the angle of civil servants, can use EI to be better prepared to make informed policies and strategies to tackle the pandemic. Other points are quite good, not much changes required.
