Please mention reference ID along with the answer for reviews.

Introduction is fine, in factors points mentioned are nice. Also talk about absence of labour-intensive manufacturing sector..and hence the low absorption of unskilled and semi-skilled labour.

In implications, while mentioning fundamental rights if you can mention 1-2 article no.s it will be good, other points are good. Also talk about impact on lesser developed states as most people migrate for jobs, stopping that will stop remittances further impacting the development of such regions.
Conclusion is fine. Keep writing. 🙂

Intro is fine; in factors talk about absence of labour-intensive manufacturing sector..and hence the low absorption of unskilled and semi-skilled labour–one of the prime reasons. Other points are also fine.
Implications and conclusion are good. Can also mention the need to upskill the local population.
      Keep writing. 🙂

Introduction is fine. Factors mentioned are also good; mention the son-of-soil doctrine here only and also the lack of labour intensive manufacturing industries as this reservation is mostly for unskilled and semi-skilled people.
In implications while writing about fundamental rights, it will be nice if you can mention the article numbers too, other points are good.
Impact on labour migration can also be written, as stopping migration will also stop remittances making the underdeveloped regions further poor.
In conclusion, the last line is a bit too harsh; federalism is a part of basic structure and lots of thought must be given before disrupting it.
      Keep writing. 🙂

      Hello

In introduction, instead of writing generic you can link with current affairs (current Haryana government policy of reserving 75% jobs).
Factors mentioned are fine; also talk about the lack of labour intensive manufacturing industries as this reservation is mostly for unskilled and semi-skilled people.
In implications, mention constitutional angle..hampering fundamental right of equality, freedom of movement, residence, practicing profession etc
Other points are fine; issue of migration can be elaborated a bit- how it will impact remittances and thus the overall development of such regions.
      Conclusion is good.
      Keep writing. 🙂

      Nandhini,

Introduction is good. You have mentioned some more examples, that is also nice.
In factors, mention economic factors too- you have just mentioned political factors. You can mention about the lack of labour intensive manufacturing industries as this reservation is mostly for unskilled and semi-skilled people; lack of employment opportunities etc
In implications, mention constitutional angle..hampering fundamental right of equality, freedom of movement, residence, practicing profession etc. Other points are fine.
Way forward is also good; need for upskilling the local populace can be mentioned.
      Keep writing. 🙂
