In the intro, mention what makes the rule of law different from the rule by law.
In the body, elaborate on the four principles emerging from the Rule of Law i.e. clarity, equality before the law, participation and strong judiciary.
Conclude by mentioning the need to use the rule of law to ensure protection and the welfare of the people.

      Introduction is not good. What you have mentioned can be very well fit in rule by law. Indicate the difference between rule by law and rule for law-law backed by a sovereign must be tempered by certain ideals or tenets of justice that is law should be equitable and just in case of rule of law.
      You can give example of British India, where action was in accordance with laws(rule by law) but the law itself was unjust.

      In 2nd part mention first what are the 4 principles-
      laws must be clear and accessible,
      equality before law- access to justice should be equal for everyone(vulnerable sections, gender equality)
      right of citizens to participate in the creation and refinement of laws
      strong independent judiciary

      You can mention the constitutional articles in support of each of these principles side by side.

      Also some of the challenges to rule of law can be mentioned in recent times- majoritarianism, social media trials, executive interference in judiciary etc

      Decent attempt.you can do some value-addition. In introduction, you can give example of British India where there was rule by law and not rule of law.

      Principles mentioned are good, mention of constitutional articles is good, you can mention more of those. In participation by citizen you can talk about popular sovereignty mentioned in preamble, then mention article 19 which also ensures participation of people in law making through various means. In access to justice, you can mention free legal aid(article 39A), in independent judiciary you can write about article 50.

      Also some of the challenges to rule of law can be mentioned in recent times- majoritarianism, social media trials, executive interference in judiciary, judicial overreach etc

      In introduction mention after what you have written that rule of law should be equitable and just. You can also mention how it gets confused with rule by law. You can give example of British India, where action was in accordance with laws(rule by law) but the law itself was unjust.

      In principles of rule of law, it will be better if you write from Indian perspective.
      These 4 principles should be mentioned-
      Laws must be clear and accessible,
      Equality before law- access to justice should be equal for everyone(vulnerable sections, gender equality)- mention article 14,15,21, 39A etc
      Right of citizens to participate in the creation and refinement of laws- mention article 19, popular sovereignty as given in preamble
      Strong independent judiciary – article 50, appointment of judges etc

      Exceptions and challenges are fine but address them only if you get space after covering all above points.

      Conclusion is good.

      mention that rule of law should be equitable and just. You can also mention how it gets confused with rule by law. You can give example of British India, where action was in accordance with laws(rule by law) but the law itself was unjust.

      Principles mentioned are okay, 3rd point should be framed better, instead of just access to courts, it can be more broadly said as equality before law. Also mention article 14,15 of constitution.
      In participation by citizen you can talk about popular sovereignty mentioned in preamble, then mention article 19 which also ensures participation of people in law making through various means. While writing about independent judiciary you can write about article 50.

      Also some of the challenges to rule of law can be mentioned in recent times- majoritarianism, social media trials, executive interference in judiciary, judicial overreach etc
