You have written well. Content and structure both are fine. You can mention the difference as against traditional classroom instruction which is “teacher-directed, top-down, and one-size-fits-all”, blended learning is “student-driven, bottom-up, and customized”.

Rest of the points are good. In suggestions you can mention the need for periodical discussions, feedback mechanisms and support services at all levels.

Introduction is good. In advantages of blended learning mention some qualities which can be beneficial- traditional classroom instruction is “teacher-directed, top-down, and one-size-fits-all”, whereas blended learning is “student-driven, bottom-up, and customized”.
Also, it will be easier to collaborate with other institutions even at a distance in courses given through blended learning. Rest of the points are fine.

Challenges mentioned are okay too, you can mention that most of the HEIs are situated in rural areas. Also, BL leaves little room for all-round formation of the student that includes the development of their intelligent quotient, emotional quotient, social quotient, physical quotient and spiritual quotient.

You can write a short way forward suggesting some improvements in the proposal. Conclusion is fine.

Read some other answers. Keep writing.

Very well written answer. The structure of the answer as well as points are good.

You can just try to make some points concise to stick to the word limit. It will be hard to remember data about how many colleges are where. So you can just mention the gist of such points and move on.

You are writing well. Just be consistent. 🙂

Introduction is good. Advantages are fine, also mention about the flexibility this system of learning provides to both student and teachers. Also you can mention the changed role of teacher from knowledge provider to a guide or mentor.

Bad internet connection and lack of access to internet are almost similar points. You can club them. Further you can add points like lack of all round development of students i.e. political, cultural, emotional, spiritual etc. Also, every student might not find this system beneficial- no one size fits all approach.

Way forward is fine. Write a concluding statement.
