   SIR IN QUESTION 4 YOU WRITE THAT — These include the Attorney General of India and Union ministers . But you give answer as only ‘Prime minister’ why not attorney general ?

      Only PM is a member of parliament out of these. Parliamentary privileges apply to members of parliament or legislature

   Sir, Question 4’s answer is 1 and 3, constitution also extends privileges to persons who take part or speak in parliament. Ref :Laxmikanth Fifth Edition – Page 22.31
