      After intro, make a subheading regarding “the importance of Urban Commons in ensuring just and liveable cities”
      Without the subheading, your answer will remain directionless irrespective of the good points
      You did not focus much on the “just and Liveable” aspect of Urban Commons in the 1st part.
      Use bullet points in the answer.
      The 2nd part is well managed and the coverage there is decent.
      Good way forwards.

      The only issue with your answer is the length and encroaching word limit of the content.
      To avoid breaching page and word limit, try to use flowchart in your answers, specially in the more factual part like the part where you discussed types of urban commons in the 1st part. That could have been easily covered in a small diagram or flowchart to save you space and words.
      The overall discussion is in the right direction.
      The points covered in the 2nd part are apt and precise.
      Good way forwards.
      The structure is well managed.
      Good answer overall but deducting a mark for breaching word limit.

      Instead of writing “Contribution”, you should write “Importance of Urban Commons in Ensuring Just and Liveable Cities.”
      Content in that subheading is decent enough. Keep it up.
      The issues and challenges discussed seems repetitive in nature and have less depth.
      Talk about lack of proper urban planning, gated communities, out of reach for poor and migrants etc.
      Good way forwards but do include the role that ULBs should play as well as the vision for future smart cities. That will lend weight to your overall content there.
